Information used to operate the website
Our hosting and technical service providers may process information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and error records to deliver, maintain and protect the website. We use WordPress with Hostinger hosting and LiteSpeed caching. Administrative login uses cookies to maintain authenticated sessions and preferences.
Gratuity calculator
The calculator performs its arithmetic in your browser. Its code does not submit your salary or service dates to our server, or save those fields in browser storage. Enter only the information needed for the estimate and avoid entering personal identifiers.
Email and editorial feedback
If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to include. We use that information to answer enquiries, investigate corrections and maintain the website. Please do not send passports, Emirates ID numbers, contracts, payslips or other sensitive employment documents.
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, investigate corrections, maintain relevant records or meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and whether the matter remains open. You can ask us about a message or request deletion at the email above.
